Castello Romitorio is committed to the study, exploration and promotion of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG wines. The estate was founded in 1984 by Sandro Chia, who planted vineyards using the indigenous Sangiovese that is typical of Montalcino. We're hosting Fillipo Chia for another intimate, memorable wine dinner. Featuring a special three course menu from Chef Pirolo, and a curated selection of wines from the winery.
