We are traveling to Tuscany with Castello del Terriccio! This winery is known for their Super Tuscans, a style of wine made using Bordeaux grapes in Tuscany. They are typically more full bodied and lush.Terriccio is one of Italy’s largest privately owned wine estates located just north of Bolgheri the Province of Pisa within the Maremma. Influenced by the daily breezes of the Tyrrhenian Sea, it's a spectacular paradise of wildlife, many soil types, aspects, and micro-climates. With its impressive 1700 hectares (4200 acres) including 65 hectares (160 acres) of vineyards, it is one of the largest private estates in Tuscany.Giacinta Pocci Muti Bussi from the winery will be joining us and pouring some fun wines, alongside an incredible menu from Chef Pirolo.
